Account & Data Deletion
Sri Gurubhyo Namaha — Madhwa Dvaita Guru Parampara
Effective date: 28 July 2026 · Last updated: 28 July 2026
Summary: Sri Gurubhyo Namaha has no accounts and collects no personal data. There is therefore no personal data on our servers to delete. This page explains what (little) is stored and how to remove it.
1. We do not have accounts
The app does not offer sign-up or sign-in. We never ask for your name, email, phone number, or any identifier, and we do not create a user profile for you. There is nothing to "delete an account" for, because no account exists.
2. What is stored, and where
- On your device only: the app caches non-personal content (e.g. last-seen settings and bundled reference data) using standard on-device storage. This never leaves your phone.
- On our servers: only public reference content authored by the maintainer (mathas, gurus, panchangam overrides, ekadashi/festivals). Our web server keeps standard, short-lived access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested path) for operating and securing the service; these are not linked to any identity.
3. How to delete your data
- Clear on-device data: Android → Settings → Apps → Sri Gurubhyo Namaha → Storage → Clear data, or simply uninstall the app. This removes all locally cached content.
- Server-side: because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing further to delete on our side.
4. Requesting a deletion or review
If you believe any personal data of yours exists in connection with this app and you would like it removed, email srigurubhyonamaha@gmail.com with the details. We will review and, where any such data exists, delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
