Sri Gurubhyo Namaha — Madhwa Dvaita Guru Parampara
1. Acceptance
Sri Gurubhyo Namaha (the "App") is a free devotional reference application for the Madhwa (Dvaita) tradition, maintained by an independent devotee and served from srigurubhyonamaha.in. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The service
The App provides reference content — the guru parampara of the 25 Madhwa Mathas, Haridasa saints, a drik-siddha Panchangam, Shloka of the Day, Aradhana dates, and the Ekadashi and festival calendar. It is provided free of charge, contains no advertising, and requires no account.
3. Devotional and informational use
Content is offered in good faith for devotional and educational purposes. Panchangam timings are computed for a fixed reference location (Bengaluru) and dates are drawn from published almanacs; they may differ from your local reckoning or from your Matha's official calendar. For ritual decisions, please consult your Matha or a qualified purohita. The maintainer makes no warranty as to astronomical or historical accuracy.
4. Intellectual property
The App's original text, design, and compiled data are the work of the maintainer. Traditional shlokas, guru names, and almanac facts are part of the shared heritage of the tradition. The Panchangam engine is a port of the open-source panchangJS library (MPL-2.0). You may use the App for personal, non-commercial devotional use; please do not scrape, rebrand, or redistribute its content commercially without permission.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its backend API.
- Do not use the App or its content to misrepresent the tradition or to harass others.
6. Availability & changes
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Content is updated from time to time and features may be added, changed, or removed. Daily content is fetched from our read-only API when online; the App also works offline using bundled data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the maintainer is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the App's content or from any interruption of service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the App.

9. Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
